Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and maintain domain architectures and designs for specific business and technical areas.
- Create high-level solution implementation roadmaps aligned with common technical and strategic directions.
- Guide architects working on projects and initiatives and provide architectural thought leadership.
- Ensure domain architecture conforms to approved reference architectures and contribute to architecture principles.
- Align teams around a common technical direction in cooperation with the Product Manager.
- Analyze complex business problems involving multiple applications, platforms, and database interactions and recommend technology solutions.
- Articulate solution risks and impacts to relevant stakeholders across Client Solutions, Client Segment, and Domain Architectures.
- Support Agile and continuous-delivery ways of working and develop team capability.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology and solutions architecture, including Agile working practices, LEAN, SCRUM, cross-team collaboration, and platform and operating-system management.
- 8–10 years of experience designing innovative technology solutions in areas such as authentication systems, system, platform, and account migrations, enterprise solution architecture, business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, or technology architecture.
- 8–10 years of experience in one or more technology areas including IT architecture, infrastructure and cloud development, engineering and software architecture design, business analysis, DevOps, or project and product management.
- Competence in emerging technology monitoring, IT architecture, internal and external IT environments, solution assessment, and IT stakeholder management.
- Ability to articulate information, challenge ideas, develop expertise, develop strategies, and embrace change.
