Responsibilities
- Work with client leadership teams to understand challenges and define IT strategies.
- Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architectures.
- Apply cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization to technology transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams while managing project quality, risk, expectations, and escalations.
- Support and facilitate workshops, client meetings, proposals, client care, relationship building, and new business development.
- Contribute to project delivery, practice-area development, and the BCG brand.
- Travel internationally as required by project needs.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or IT project management.
- Previous IT consulting experience is highly desirable, preferably involving client-facing engagements and technology transformation.
- Strong expertise in data and cloud technologies, with experience in at least two listed domains such as IT modernization, solution or enterprise architecture, industry platforms, applied intelligence, or DevOps.
- Exposure to legacy technology environments, modern technology ecosystems, cloud-native delivery, and Agile transformation programs.
- Understanding of IT operating models, organizational processes, and technology delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, business, customer-centric, and results-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with peers, facilitate workshops, engage confidently with clients, and connect technical topics to business objectives.
- Engineering degree or master's degree in a STEM-related field, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Management with a strong academic background.
- Willingness to work in fast-paced environments and travel internationally.
