Base Salary
$60k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex and ambiguous incidents across applications and integrations.
- Perform advanced data analysis and debugging to identify root causes.
- Implement configuration changes and light development fixes to improve issue resolution and system performance.
- Own issues end-to-end, including diagnosis, resolution, validation, and documentation.
- Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term solutions, process improvements, knowledge-base improvements, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with development teams to refine escalations and reduce repeat issues.
- Operate independently, contribute to cross-team issue resolution, and provide guidance to Level I engineers.
- Participate in training and development activities within Ryder’s Technology Talent Incubator Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Two to four years or more of application support or development experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on development and coding experience with C#, .NET, and Salesforce, including Apex and Lightning.
- Advanced programming experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Intermediate ability to learn and work across diverse technologies, including Salesforce and .NET.
- Intermediate experience with SQL and data querying.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, collaboration, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations is preferred.
- Experience with root-cause analysis or problem management is preferred.
