Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable technical work.
- Take full ownership of product features from ideation to deployment.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrate proactive communication and clear timelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product being built.
- Collaborate with clinicians and non-technical team members.
- Engage in active ideation and thoughtful code reviews within the engineering team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new languages and technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Python or Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in applying technology to improve healthcare.
- Comfort using AI coding tools.
