Base Salary
$160k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features from ideation and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Build and deploy scalable agentic workflows and reliable software that impacts patient outcomes.
- Produce maintainable, readable, scalable, and reliable technical work.
- Understand the product deeply and translate clinician, end-user, and cross-functional goals into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers through ideation, code reviews, and solution design.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the technology stack and processes.
- Communicate proactively, establish clear timelines, and help unblock teammates.
Requirements
- At least two years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, particularly Python or Rust.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Genuine interest in applying technology to improve healthcare.
- Comfort using AI coding tools.
- Nice to have familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have experience with Django, Celery, Rust, TypeScript, React, LLM tooling, or agentic workflows.
- Willingness to interface with end users and assist with use case discovery.
