Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for external customers and internal teams.
- Create and maintain integration guides, troubleshooting instructions, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Debug issues in real-world vehicle deployments and collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Assist customers with payload and feature integration projects.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing Python utility applications and tools.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical professional experience.
- Strong Python proficiency and proven ability to methodically troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills, including experience creating knowledge base articles, READMEs, or customer guides.
- Experience with hardware/software integration projects and embedded environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts including IP addresses, subnets, DNS, and routing.
- U.S. person status as defined by U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or asylee or refugee status.
- Preferred qualifications include technical customer support experience, Linux command-line usage, Bash scripting, SSH, SCP, light Linux administration, RS-485, RS-232, CAN, Ethernet, TCP/UDP, and sensor integration or sensor data analysis involving GPS, IMU, or LiDAR.
