Marketing Cloud - Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for migrations to Marketing Cloud Next and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design subscriber, consent, data extension, and suppression-list migration strategies while addressing GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
- Create journey migration blueprints and data lineage documentation.
- Design unified profiles, identity resolution, and audience activation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, execute cutovers, and validate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC deliverability.
- Contribute to Migration Factory playbooks and accelerators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in martech or Salesforce.
- 5+ years of Marketing Cloud experience and at least two completed end-to-end migrations.
- 3+ years of client-facing advisory or architecture experience.
- Experience migrating databases with 10M+ records without consent loss.
- Expertise with Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Data Cloud, subscriber data architecture, compliance and consent management, email deliverability, data migration methodology, integrations, and AMPscript or SSJS.
- Required certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Data Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred experience with Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC Classic, ETL tools, Interaction Studio, WhatsApp, LINE, Push, SMS, Snowflake, Databricks, Loyalty Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Preferred certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer and Application Architect.
