Base Salary
$168k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex software solutions for fintech applications.
- Develop and refine microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Lead and mentor development teams while guiding project direction and architecture.
- Ensure software complies with security standards and financial regulations.
- Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience.
- Conduct testing and code reviews to maintain software quality.
- Solve complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to align software with business objectives.
- Contribute technical insights and innovation proposals to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience building and developing software preferred.
- Experience with Python and Django.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB.
- Experience building web APIs of reasonable complexity.
- Familiarity with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
