Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute proofs of concept highlighting Dash0’s technical capabilities.
- Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
- Provide guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry Collector design.
- Maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept templates.
- Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights for roadmap and feature priorities.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining observability concepts to engineers and decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Experience with HubSpot, technical content contributions, CNCF ecosystem familiarity, and high-growth startup experience are nice to have.
