Responsibilities
- Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions within ServiceNow.
- Develop measurements, scorecards, dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs.
- Gather requirements from partners and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules.
- Optimize platform performance using scripting best practices and asynchronous processing.
- Maintain existing analytics configurations and visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot analytics-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
Requirements
- B. Tech in Computer Science.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture and modules such as ITSM and CMDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics principles.
- Preferred: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Preferred: experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
