Responsibilities
- Build and maintain NetSuite integrations, SuiteScript customizations, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor NetSuite platform performance and health using APM and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Own work from building and testing through deployment, ongoing support, and clear documentation.
- Partner with accounting, FP&A, and Finance Systems to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Track NetSuite and EPM capabilities, including AI and agentic features, and recommend useful improvements.
- Contribute to platform upgrades and finance-systems initiatives supporting new market entry.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, on priorities as the team’s NetSuite technical expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
- Strong SuiteScript 2.x skills.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations using REST and SOAP web services and RESTlets.
- Solid experience with SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics, including workflows, saved searches, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience owning technical work through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot platform health proactively.
- Strong communication skills and patience when explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with or interest in NetSuite native AI and agentic capabilities is beneficial.
- Exposure to EPM or planning tools, or willingness to learn them quickly, is beneficial.
- Background or genuine interest in accounting and finance is beneficial.
- Exposure to system implementations, UAT, or structured project work is beneficial.
- SuiteCloud Development Framework experience is beneficial.
