Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, infrastructure as code, and modern automation frameworks.
- Build and implement GenAI, agentic AI, LLM, and RAG-powered workflows.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments.
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools.
- Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Drive initiatives that improve infrastructure reliability and operational efficiency while reducing manual processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building automation solutions from concept through production deployment.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
- Ability to identify and eliminate manual processes, work independently, and influence teams across multiple technology domains.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred experience with SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, Aruba/Cisco Switching & Routing, VeloCloud, Azure, GCP, OCI, large-scale distributed enterprise environments, self-healing systems, or AI-driven operational capabilities.
