Responsibilities
- Conduct software testing and quality assurance for ACM applications in an Agile environment.
- Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts for native applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Promote quality and automation initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Participate in Agile software development initiatives.
- Collaborate with a geographically distributed team of developers and product managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance in the SaaS industry.
- Understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of software version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in backend testing of web-based applications.
- Experience with API testing.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining test solutions for enterprise SaaS applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good technical English reading, writing, and verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
