Responsibilities
- Maintain and secure global ingress and gateway infrastructure while migrating legacy edge systems to decentralized gateway platforms.
- Build resilient, observable edge traffic routing with Platform, Security, and Engineering teams.
- Develop automation and tooling that improves platform adoption and reduces manual support work.
- Contribute to multi-environment deployment pipelines and peer reviews.
- Write technical documentation and runbooks and participate in rotational on-call and incident response.
Requirements
- Experience building, configuring, or supporting public-facing traffic routing, reverse proxies, or API gateways in production.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Working proficiency in Go, Python, C#, or a similar modern programming language.
- Experience delivering infrastructure changes to live production services while limiting disruption.
- Clear technical writing and effective communication of progress, risks, and blockers.
