Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end business and technology solutions connected to the Agentic Platform.
- Own the consistency of solution architectures from planning through approval and ensure alignment with banking, technology, strategic, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, security, and delivery teams on architectural decisions, control points, dependencies, and implementation frameworks.
- Create high-level architectures, Architecture Vision documentation, decision-support materials, and architectural guardrails.
- Create and maintain high-level data-flow, component, and sequence diagrams.
- Translate business and technology needs into architectural building blocks, components, decomposition, and key dependencies.
- Design secure and scalable agentic operating patterns and workflows connecting models, tools, enterprise data, and human control.
- Assess technical feasibility, risks, constraints, and architectural maturity, and prepare proposals for architecture board review.
- Document reusable architectural patterns, integration solutions, and lessons learned, and support delivery teams in implementing approved architectures.
Requirements
- Experience designing architectures for agentic, AI-platform, or complex enterprise solutions spanning multiple components and stakeholder areas.
- Experience preparing Architecture Vision, High Level Design, and executive decision-support materials involving options, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience designing cloud, hybrid, or on-premises enterprise architectures and complex integration patterns.
- Experience with security by design, data protection, compliance, and system design in regulated environments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, security, or delivery teams.
- Strong systems thinking across business processes, data, technology components, and control points in AI solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise adoption and architectural integration of AI/LLM, RAG, or agentic solutions.
- Experience using architectural modeling and documentation tools, including component, data-flow, and sequence diagrams.
- Practical experience with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or another enterprise architecture methodology and notation system.
- Experience evaluating technology components, platforms, or vendor solutions and preparing architectural decisions.
- Architecture-design experience in financial, banking, or another highly regulated environment.
- Preferred: knowledge of project-management methodologies, service management, operability, or production governance.
- Preferred: higher education in information technology, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: professional certification related to architecture, cloud, or security.
