Responsibilities
- Build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs, and data models.
- Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployments, and production operations based on client project needs.
- Help clients select suitable technologies, architectures, and delivery approaches.
- Contribute to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, debugging, testing, monitoring, and production-system improvements.
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and turn them into working software.
- Collaborate directly with client technology teams, business stakeholders, designers, product professionals, and other disciplines.
- Take responsibility for delivery while supporting the wider team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in modern frontend development, including TypeScript and React or comparable technologies.
- Strong experience developing backend services with Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Python, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building, shipping, and improving production-grade digital products.
- Ability to work across implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations.
- Understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, deployments, and production-system operations.
- Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders in a senior, consultative role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous product or technical situations.
- Hands-on technical credibility and a willingness to contribute actively to delivery.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Nice-to-have experience with customer-facing products, ecommerce, subscriptions, internal platforms, analytics, content, martech, high-traffic systems, platform engineering, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps practices, integrations, SDKs, developer tooling, or mobile development.
