Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and implement application software, bootloaders, operating systems, and drivers for analytical instruments on embedded platforms.
- Plan and create software backlogs and prioritize project tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for less-experienced colleagues.
- Plan and participate in architecture and code reviews.
- Define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices, procedures, test plans, and QA assessments for devices and software.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with agile software development methods for embedded software.
- Experience with software development, testing, and troubleshooting using C/C++.
- Experience with embedded and desktop Linux development, Yocto, and driver development.
- Fluent German at least at B2 level and fluent English.
