Responsibilities
- Review code contributions and proposals to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Propose and implement new features and capabilities across the software stack.
- Mentor colleagues and support the interviewing pipeline.
- Share technical knowledge through tech talks and collaborative learning sessions.
- Maintain the existing software stack and improve operational reliability.
- Develop tests and benchmarks, including hardware-in-the-loop simulations.
- Present work at weekly demo sessions to foster team collaboration.
Requirements
- Ability to write legible, maintainable, and performant code.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in backend or embedded development, preferably with Rust, Go, or C++.
- Comfortable developing distributed systems.
- Enjoy collaborating on complex system architectures.
- Commitment to ethical considerations in engineering.
- Willingness to work asynchronously and engage in discussions.
