Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic direction and technology roadmaps.
- Design solutions across the full stack using modern technologies and industry practices.
- Deliver software hands-on, including refactoring legacy products, shipping features and fixes, and strengthening software quality.
- Build and manage development backlogs for automation solutions through Scrum leadership.
- Act as a principal gatekeeper for technology, design, and code-review sign-off.
- Mentor technology teams and serve as a go-to resource across Scrum teams.
- Create and deliver network automation solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing and deploying software at scale using modern development methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Java 8+—ideally Java 17+—REST API best practices, and SQL optimization.
- Experience with modern version control systems, including Git and JJ.
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience using agentic code harnesses for requirements planning, code generation, quality-gate enforcement, and software delivery.
- Experience contributing to and delivering software architectures for handoff and implementation.
- Experience with automated testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Some experience with legacy web application frameworks such as Zk and Django.
- Ability to create and deliver network automations.
- Ability to use AI tools productively while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
