Responsibilities
- Design and build workflows on integration platforms to automate data flows.
- Manage connectors and APIs, ensuring secure and reliable system connectivity.
- Monitor and support integration performance by troubleshooting errors.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams for smooth deployments.
- Establish integration platform governance and best practices.
- Enable Implementation Managers with repeatable onboarding workflows.
- Create a comprehensive knowledge base with playbooks and documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining data integrations using iPaaS tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols.
- Solid programming knowledge, preferably in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data orchestration and monitoring workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP systems.
- Strong documentation habits and ability to establish best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
