Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and support of software applications.
- Develop responsive and accessible front-end components using React, Vite, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Contribute to back-end API development using Python and FastAPI and integrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, identity platforms, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, regression, UI, smoke, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Plan and execute manual and automated testing, document defects, validate fixes, support user acceptance testing, and confirm release readiness.
- Support secure development, security scanning, code-quality remediation, and validation within deployment pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, production issue investigation, and documentation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying software applications.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript and familiarity with React, Vite, Angular, Vue.js, or another modern front-end framework.
- Understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture, application state, routing, reusable UI development, and WCAG accessibility practices.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, back-end systems, relational databases, and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python and FastAPI or a comparable back-end framework.
- Understanding of functional, integration, regression, smoke, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test cases, documenting results, and using testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Experience or familiarity with Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, Git-based version control, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile and Scrum delivery, secure coding, OWASP guidance, authentication, authorization, and dependency security.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
