Responsibilities
- Own engineering problems end-to-end, including understanding user needs, deciding what to build, designing systems, shipping features, measuring outcomes, and iterating.
- Design memory systems for long-running conversations across billions of messages.
- Build personalized feeds covering retrieval, ranking, cold start, experimentation, and retention measurement.
- Evaluate, benchmark, host, and optimize newly released models for millions of users.
- Work across product, infrastructure, and AI in a small engineering team.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping exceptional products at meaningful scale.
- Strong product and engineering judgment, including the ability to make build decisions and system tradeoffs.
- Willingness to work with high ownership, high expectations, and significant responsibility.
