Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable high-performance backend applications using Golang.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures and cloud-native solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems for performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Golang.
- Experience with concurrent programming, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of automated testing and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, independent-work, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
- Nice-to-have understanding of GraphQL, WebSockets, and streaming architectures.
- Experience with AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain-related projects is desirable.
- Familiarity with security best practices and Agile/Scrum environments is desirable.
