Responsibilities
- Independently design test plans and strategies using innovative methodologies.
- Create, automate, and execute test plans for various systems.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability.
- Develop specialized testing tools to support the software platform.
- Investigate and resolve production software issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with PM and SDE teams to review specifications.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to measure code quality.
- Document QA activities in compliance with the software development lifecycle.
- Act as a technical contact during User Validation exercises.
- Continuously improve quality processes and testing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java.
- Experience with test automation using Java, Maven, TestNG (or JUnit), and Selenium.
- Familiarity with at least one relational database and NoSQL.
- Experience with GitLab Pipeline or similar CI systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent debugging and communication skills.
