Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term technical architecture for the Android application.
- Lead the technical execution of complex Android initiatives from design through launch.
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership to Android engineers through design and code reviews.
- Partner with Product and Design to ensure technical implementation supports a high-quality user experience.
- Ensure the Android application meets high standards for reliability, privacy, and security.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Android development and architecture.
- Strong command of Kotlin and contemporary Android frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs with good judgment.
- Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
