Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact frontend initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Own and evolve the architecture of web and mobile applications.
- Define and uphold standards for frontend quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Manage the end-to-end release process for React Native applications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices in frontend tooling and code quality.
- Balance rapid experimentation with sustainable design.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in leading complex frontend projects.
- 3-4 years of expertise in React Native and Expo.
- Proven track record in shaping frontend architecture for consumer products.
- Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers.
- Strong collaboration skills across technical, design, and product teams.
- Familiarity with design systems and cross-platform interface development.
- Background in consumer, social, or marketplace products is a plus.
