Base Salary
$188k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for frontend products and capabilities.
- Partner with team leads to produce clean, effective, on-brand user experiences.
- Implement designs with a high level of fidelity.
- Research design patterns and propose technical solutions to web UI/UX problems.
- Code, test, and deploy modern web applications.
- Help hire and develop the growing engineering team.
- Foster knowledge-sharing, collaboration, mentorship, and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of frontend development experience.
- Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one frontend framework such as React or Vue.
- Working knowledge of at least one server-side language such as Ruby, Python, or Golang.
- Experience building reliable, modular web applications and customer-facing applications.
- Ability to consider performance and security when designing frontend systems.
