Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee scalable, secure full stack solutions integrating GenAI capabilities.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams in building end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Integrate LLMs, transformers, and generative image and text models into business products.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to deliver AI experiences.
- Establish software architecture practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools and recommend adoption strategies.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure GenAI solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full stack .NET development, cloud computing with Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Hands-on experience deploying and scaling OpenAI, Hugging Face, and custom LLM models.
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, NoSQL/SQL databases, and real-time data processing.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects from conception through production.
- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, ethical AI, responsible AI governance, or AI-powered applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and performance optimization is preferred.
