Responsibilities
- Drive technology strategy, innovation, emerging-capability integration, and roadmap development for the Civilian and Health Operating Group.
- Lead solutions strategy for major proposals and on-contract growth initiatives, identifying technology-led opportunities to expand customer engagements.
- Develop and deploy an operating-group solution architecture team and maintain a pool of billable solution capability subject-matter experts.
- Translate group-specific technical gaps into enterprise requirements and advocate for funding, infrastructure, and capability investments.
- Participate in investment review and decision-making, including technical roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and project governance.
- Represent technical capabilities to customers and partner with business development, proposal, CTO, and operating-group leadership.
- Oversee group-level deployment of enterprise technology strategy and engage customers on mission needs, operations, and modernization priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience with 12 years of relevant experience in a senior technical role involving hands-on technology development, strategic technology insertion, and operational execution in a demanding federal government environment.
- Five years of experience engaging with commercial partners such as hyperscalers and commercial technology providers.
- Proven success leading technical strategies for major proposals and on-contract growth initiatives.
- Experience researching and advocating for technical needs, assessing market trends, and influencing enterprise investment and company decisions.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills across organizational levels, especially with business development and solution architecture teams.
- Ability to work as a player/coach and personally deliver results in a time-critical, fast-paced environment.
- Experience overseeing technology lifecycles from pilot through full deployment.
- Must hold a current or past Public Trust clearance and qualify to upgrade to a Secret Clearance.
