Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the Risk360 product using an AI-first development methodology.
- Build and scale high-performance, reliable systems within cloud-based data environments.
- Apply agent workflows to improve day-to-day software development productivity, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Design and operate LLM and agent-based systems focusing on tool use, planning, memory, and guardrails.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies within cloud-native environments to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in data-intensive environments.
- 5+ years of Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience in Java or Python.
- Proven experience building and operating LLM or agent-based systems, including state management and agent workflows.
- Technical proficiency in cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience managing and utilizing CI/CD systems like Jenkins or Bamboo.
