Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test full-stack features that improve the driver experience.
- Develop APIs and services supporting RoadieXD, geospatial capabilities, and other platform areas.
- Build internal and customer-facing React tools that help scale operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve logistics challenges and deliver high-impact features.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code supported by automated testing and code reviews.
- Improve existing systems, developer experience, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Experience developing scalable production systems and APIs.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, including Go, Ruby, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework, ideally React.
- A track record of building reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.
- Strong problem-solving, technical judgment, communication, collaboration, ownership, and learning ability.
