Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and release ADAS algorithms for lane detection, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and traffic sign recognition.
- Collaborate with perception, motion planning, control, platform, customer project, and vehicle-test teams to integrate and tune ADAS features.
- Analyze and optimize algorithm performance using camera, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic sensor data.
- Develop and maintain software tools and Python scripts for data analysis, visualization, and testing.
- Investigate and resolve ADAS performance, AUTOSAR configurator, ARXML, and RTE merge issues.
- Lead the team technically and support project delivery for internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in ADAS algorithm development.
- Advanced experience with AUTOSAR DaVinci Developer and Configurator, including ARXML integration and configurator issue resolution.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with Python scripting and large collaborative-project version control and issue-tracking tools.
- Good understanding of ASPICE and flexibility to work according to project needs.
- Preferred: 2+ years of automotive embedded software development experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet communication protocols and AUTOSAR embedded software stacks.
- Preferred: experience with CMake or Bazel, code profiling and optimization, DevOps tools, and SWE.1–SWE.6 activities.
- Preferred: SWE.6 testing experience using CANoe and the Lauterbach debugger.
