Responsibilities
- Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations.
- Lead kick-off calls and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders.
- Manage integrations between Loop and client’s external software systems.
- Conduct tailored product demos and scope use cases to Loop’s product roadmap.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to inform cost structures for client proposals.
- Hold weekly status meetings with clients to review progress and obstacles.
- Consult with clients on business process transformation and best practices.
- Ensure successful post-implementation handoff to the customer success team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Document technical and functional requirements comprehensively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience in customer integrations or software systems delivery.
- 2+ years of technical experience, preferably in supply chain solutions.
- Ability to lead groups to meet critical goals and communicate risks.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
- Adaptability to changing needs and timelines.
- Proven presentation or training experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City.
