Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade agentic systems for web experiences.
- Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strengthen engineering processes through robust evaluations and testing.
- Develop and maintain the core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Shape technical vision and lead architectural discussions.
- Create and test prototypes to gather rapid user feedback.
Requirements
- You are a product-first engineer with experience in AI product deployment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with AI integration experience.
- Familiarity with AI IDEs like Cursor or Windsurf.
- Ability to take ownership of problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for building MVPs and iterating based on user feedback.
