Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and optimization of features and services.
- Solve challenging technical problems with minimal guidance.
- Develop, maintain, and promote scalable, maintainable, and resilient source code.
- Use AI coding assistants for feature scaffolding, test writing, code review, debugging, and development acceleration.
- Critically review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and alignment with team standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide well-reasoned solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and shipping software products and/or n-tier services.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented language, preferably Python.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks, preferably React and a language such as TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar for code generation, testing, and code review.
- Ability to write precise prompts and provide sufficient context to AI tools for production-quality outputs.
- Experience working with microservices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
