Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions aligned with organizational goals and technical requirements.
- Develop production-ready AI applications using Large Language Models, generative AI, and cloud or on-premises deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make team and cross-functional technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate the integration of AI components into larger systems.
- Develop and optimize AI-driven solutions such as chatbots and image-processing systems.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, including at least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AI model deployment pipelines in cloud and on-premises environments is required.
- Experience applying generative AI models to real-world applications is required.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures is required.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions, including chatbots and image-processing systems, is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
