Responsibilities
- Lead security reviews and threat modeling activities across AI-enabled products and systems.
- Identify and assess AI-specific threats such as prompt injection and model abuse.
- Design and implement secure AI patterns including access controls and monitoring.
- Partner with Engineering teams to embed AI security controls into development practices.
- Contribute to AI governance frameworks and control mapping activities.
- Review third-party AI vendors and SaaS capabilities for secure adoption.
- Develop AI security tooling and monitoring capabilities to reduce risk.
- Deliver guidance and awareness sessions on AI security risks and practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering or related fields.
- Hands-on experience securing AI/ML and agent-based systems.
- Strong threat modeling capabilities with practical engineering outcomes.
- Experience in web and API security, IAM, and secure SDLC.
- Programming experience with Python or a modern programming language.
- Familiarity with LLM architectures and AI data flows.
- Exposure to security frameworks like OWASP LLM Top 10 and NIST AI RMF.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A mindset that embraces AI and new tools for learning and growth.
- Aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
