Responsibilities
- Deliver SCM workstreams across order, inventory, costing, and product modules.
- Build and validate OIC integrations for orchestration and partner exchange.
- Partner with ERP teams on SCM-to-finance impacts including costing, invoicing, and returns.
- Create OAC dashboards and related analytics for operational visibility and KPIs.
- Support go-live readiness, performance, data quality, cutover, triage, and stabilization.
- Implement SCM agents for exception management, supplier communications, order-status automation, and knowledge-assisted operations.
- Build RAG over SCM playbooks and supplier terms with controlled retrieval and traceable citations.
- Create approval-based action flows that open cases, notify stakeholders, trigger integrations, and draft supplier communications.
- Use OCI Generative AI and Data Science for deployment while maintaining logging, monitoring, observability, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 13 years of Oracle SCM implementation experience across Order, Inventory, and Costing is specified in the professional skills requirements.
- Deep experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and OIC is required, along with working knowledge of OCI foundations and observability.
- Experience delivering AI projects and outcomes is required.
- Experience with OCI IAM, Networking, Logging/Monitoring, Object Storage, Autonomous Database, Vault, VBCS, and OAC is sought as applicable.
- Ability to support high-volume operational cutovers and triage and work with operations stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
