Responsibilities
- Own and administer core GTM platforms like Salesforce CRM and Marketo.
- Design and maintain integrations across the tech stack, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Write code in Python, JavaScript, or Apex to automate processes and build custom solutions.
- Implement AI-powered capabilities for lead routing and forecasting.
- Translate business requirements into scalable systems logic and data models.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for the GTM tech stack and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across all GTM systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with required certifications.
- Experience building or maintaining Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integrations.
- Proficient in coding with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Salesforce Apex.
- Experience administering a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo.
- Configured and maintained CPQ pricing rules and workflows.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS revenue processes from lead to opportunity.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
