Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal administrator for Okta, managing SSO and SCIM integrations.
- Design and maintain access policies that support least-privilege and lifecycle management.
- Manage Okta licensing and platform capacity planning.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Auth0 platform and troubleshoot IdP connections.
- Leverage APIs to automate identity workflows and integrations.
- Configure and manage SSO connections for external clients.
- Apply knowledge of AWS Identity Center for cloud identity management.
- Secure access to AI/ML platforms and define access standards for AI tooling.
- Act as a trusted advisor on identity best practices and architecture decisions.
- Mentor junior IAM engineers and document IAM standards and processes.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience administering Okta at an enterprise level.
- Strong experience with Auth0, including IdP connection creation.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
- Working knowledge of identity and security logging practices.
- Practical experience with REST APIs for automation.
- Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for production authentication systems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
