Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for the biller-workflow platform across multiple teams.
- Establish standards and patterns for component design, data-fetching, and API contracts.
- Lead cross-cutting problems such as data-dense tables and bulk operations.
- Embed AI solutions to alleviate friction in billing workflows.
- Ensure engineering excellence through architecture reviews and mentorship.
- Own reliability and performance in production for billing surfaces.
- Collaborate with product, design, and billing operations to improve workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building large-scale, full-stack applications.
- Proven leadership in frontend development across a large organization.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong API and data-layer design skills.
- Experience leading multi-team initiatives and platform rebuilds.
- Excellent communication skills to align teams around technical direction.
- Ownership mindset with a bias for action in unstructured environments.
