PRD to PDK AI Solution Architect - Scalable Solutions

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end GenAI and AI solutions for PRD-to-PDK semiconductor development and design workflows.
Bridge semiconductor domain engineers and AI solution developers across process, device, ground rule, testchip, labs, PDK, and device modeling teams.
Identify data sources, facilitate API access to databases, and influence conversion of unstructured PPT, DOC, PDF, and XLS data into AI-ready formats.
Create test cases, UI mockups, and requirements documents for AI solution use cases.
Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, develop solution pipelines and milestones, and track solution development and deployment.
Design data collection into solutions to measure usage and enable continuous AI improvement.
Develop training materials, drive solution adoption, collect feedback, and address domain knowledge and data roadblocks.
Develop and track OKRs, present productivity gains and innovation opportunities to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements and programs.

15 years of experience and a master's degree or PhD in electrical, physics, materials engineering, or a related field.
Experience in semiconductor process integration and device engineering.
Experience in PDK and design flow development.
Experience or certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and related concepts.
Experience leading multidisciplinary semiconductor projects and digitization efforts.
Ability to capture and present transformational ideas involving complex multimodal data.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Preferred certification or knowledge in AI/ML, reinforcement learning, pipelines, transformers, database usage, and database architecture.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, foster innovation through collaboration, prioritize work, and project-manage time and resources.
Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
