Responsibilities
- Learn Persona’s verification tools, workflows, and APIs and develop product expertise.
- Configure, test, and refine solutions for specific customer needs.
- Support tailored technical demonstrations and proofs of concept with Sales and Solutions Engineering.
- Help customers onboard, answer technical questions, and support successful platform adoption.
- Reproduce and investigate technical challenges, collaborating with teammates on deeper issues.
- Create documentation, guides, and examples for customers and teammates.
- Share customer feedback and use cases with Product and Engineering.
- Help develop resources and ways of working for Persona’s growing UK team.
Requirements
- Typically 0–1 years of professional experience, with no previous full-time experience required; relevant internships, coursework, or personal projects may qualify.
- Technical foundation or curiosity demonstrated through APIs, web development, scripting, or querying data through study, projects, or work.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in understanding customer goals and solving practical problems.
- Resourcefulness, organization, follow-through, and willingness to ask for help when needed.
- Growth mindset and ability to collaborate with people who have different perspectives and expertise.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for customer engagements.
- Experience with APIs or a language such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or Ruby is nice to have but not required.
- Experience presenting a project, giving demonstrations, or helping someone solve a technical problem is nice to have.
- Interest in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance is nice to have.
