Responsibilities
- Operate and support cloud infrastructure across AWS environments to maintain reliable and stable platform performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.
- Monitor system health and improve performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, integrations, and platform issues to minimize service impact and downtime.
- Participate in shift-based 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations.
- Support enterprise infrastructure, system integrations, access-control systems, data protection, backup, and recovery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or production operations environments.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Exposure to enterprise infrastructure platforms for backup, storage, recovery, or operational tooling.
- Familiarity with security and access-control systems such as Okta, SailPoint, or Azure AD.
- Experience with system integrations and automation across platforms.
- Experience with data protection and backup technologies such as NetApp and SnapCenter is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for automation, troubleshooting, or documentation is preferred.
- Experience supporting platform reliability and operational readiness in production environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
