Responsibilities
- Identify and address gaps in detection coverage.
- Research and design detection use-cases to close coverage gaps.
- Conduct adversary research to track active threats.
- Design and recreate real attacks for testing detections.
- Develop reporting on detection effectiveness for leadership and customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years in offensive security, detection engineering, or a blend of both.
- Strong skills in adversary tradecraft and emulation planning.
- Proficient in writing and tuning detections and analyzing telemetry.
- Ability to measure detection effectiveness and communicate results.
