Base Salary
$220k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate advanced models for autonomous driving and simulation.
- Utilize emerging techniques in End-to-End driving and Vision Language Action to solve commercial-scale problems.
- Lead small teams of cross-functional engineers to push the boundaries of machine learning.
- Define data balance and training practices for efficient model training at petabyte scale.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Vision Language Action Models, Generative World Models, or Foundation Models in Robotics.
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in commercial robotics systems.
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring ML Engineers.
- Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python/PyTorch in a Linux environment.
- Functional understanding of LiDAR, Camera, and Radar processing techniques.
