Responsibilities
- Own and operate one or more areas of cloud infrastructure resources.
- Supervise SRE work and prioritize operational improvements to improve SLOs.
- Manage significant aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Develop direct reports through coaching, specialized training, and established development frameworks.
- Identify shortcomings and recommend improvements to IT security, operational, change management, and risk management processes.
- Analyze technical and professional problems and deliver prescribed outcomes within established systems.
- Develop product specifications and design testing procedures and standards.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with observability.
- Experience with cloud engineering and Google Cloud Platform.
