Responsibilities
- Own one or more areas of cloud infrastructure resources.
- Focus on observability and prioritize operational service improvements to improve SLOs.
- Manage the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system.
- Supervise, coach, and develop SREs and provide specialized training to colleagues.
- Identify shortcomings and recommend improvements to IT security processes, systems, and procedures.
- Deliver assigned change management, risk management, strategic planning, and knowledge management outcomes.
- Analyze technical problems, define solutions, and develop product specifications and testing procedures.
Requirements
- 6–11 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness.
- Experience managing or operating significant aspects of data management systems.
- Ability to supervise others, provide coaching, and deliver operational and technical improvements.
