Responsibilities

  • Build agentic systems that power real-world enterprise accounting automation.
  • Scale the platform to support large and growing enterprise workloads.
  • Architect a durable and scalable financial data processing layer.
  • Build infrastructure that powers agentic systems.
  • Solve intricate accounting workflows through clean and robust abstractions.
  • Own major product and engineering areas and work closely with customers.
  • Help build the technical team from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years building systems at high-growth companies.
  • Strong familiarity with web development, relational databases, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with AI agents, data pipelines, mission-critical systems such as fintech, or complex workflow engines is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in person five days per week in Toronto.
  • Strong interest in contributing to company culture and taking initiative.
