Base Salary
$200k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set up infrastructure to support company growth.
- Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure to increase development velocity.
- Build systems to enhance AI feature development and LLM observability.
- Reduce AWS spending and improve observability of infrastructure costs.
- Lead security and technical compliance efforts, including VPNs and firewalls.
- Automate compliance processes using AI agents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading infrastructure teams at top companies.
- Ability to identify high ROI engineering infrastructure issues and create improvement roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills to facilitate engineering discussions and articulate infrastructure impacts.
- Willingness to take on various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- High agency with minimal instruction needed to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactively sharing information with the team.
- Interest in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.
- Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, and ISO audit processes is a plus.
