Base Salary
$200k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set up infrastructure to support the company’s growth
- Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure, increase developer velocity, and build reusable engineering rails
- Build systems that accelerate AI feature development and improve LLM observability
- Reduce AWS spending and improve observability into infrastructure costs
- Lead security and technical compliance efforts involving VPNs, firewalls, and networking
- Automate compliance processes with AI agents
- Start and lead the company’s infrastructure function as it grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on or leading infrastructure teams at top companies
- Ability to identify high-impact infrastructure issues, create a roadmap, and prioritize work autonomously
- Ability to lead engineering discussions and clearly communicate the impact of infrastructure initiatives
- Strong willingness to work across responsibilities and handle whatever is necessary
- High agency and ability to produce results with limited instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
- Experience owning HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO audit processes is a nice-to-have
