Base Salary
$113k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major engineering initiatives within the Product Engineering team.
- Design and implement Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and integrated application solutions.
- Develop with model-driven Power Apps, plugins, workflows, actions, PCF components, Power Automate, Power Pages, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Translate complex technical needs into solutions and guide teammates through implementation and decision-making.
- Evaluate new technologies through proof-of-concepts and communicate technical risks, trade-offs, and pros and cons.
- Set direction for team tools, standards, engineering practices, and solution architecture.
- Ensure software meets quality, security, scalability, and extensibility requirements.
- Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and issue diagnosis across services.
- Support data migration, integration projects, automated solution deployment, and reporting solutions.
- Mentor teammates, support technical growth, contribute to hiring, and informally manage junior team members and external contributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, information systems, or engineering; MCA or equivalent experience is also accepted.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Excellent experience with .NET applications, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions are a plus.
- Excellent experience with model-driven Power Apps customizations, advanced configurations, and Power Platform plugins, workflows, and actions.
- Experience with Power Apps Control Framework development and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK features and methods.
- Experience with Dynamics 365/Dataverse product modules, CRM solution management, Power Apps security management, and data migration techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience with Power Automate and at least 2 years of experience with MS Portal, Power Portal, or Power Pages.
- Experience with Azure services, integration projects, Agile delivery, Azure DevOps or Jira, Git, and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with CI/CD automation, Canvas Apps or Field Service, and VSTest unit testing is preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or Power BI reporting concepts is required.
- One or more technology certifications is required.
- Strong oral and written communication, judgment, adaptability, debugging, prioritization, collaboration, and mentoring skills are required.
